EQUIPMENT
IWP source equipment from all over the globe. We champion
Australian made technology because it is often developed for use in rugged and remote areas. Once a full analysis
of the need has been completed we put forward recommendations for the most suited equipment.
No matter what part of the water cycle we are focused on we are
able to research the best solution. If it is a potable water supply that is needed we will find the most efficient
means to take raw water and turn it into potable water.
Wastewater projects may vary in size from a city down to a small
village community. We do not shy away from the small projects. In many cases advanced septic systems with cutting
edge subsurface distribution systems are all that is required to control disease and overcome contamination of
drinking water.
In other cases secondary, tertiary or quaternary treatment will be
required. We provide systems that treat wastewater to any quality that is required for one person or one
million people.
Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Clarification
We will determine the best way for you to have a potable water supply.
It may be a simple filtration and UV system or a complex system suitable for a city. We can take low quality
water and bring it up to any standard that is required.
Advanced Septic
Systems
Advanced septic systems can only be successful if there is sufficient area to absorb the treated liquor. The
placement of a septic system is critical. Construction is also critical. In most cases we utilise a
polymer tank that is injection molded and made to the highest standards. The subsurface distribution system is
also a combination of a polymer support structure and geo-fabric. This advanced system supercedes former designs
and is light, and quickly and easily installed.
Secondary Treatment
Systems
Secondary treatment
systems reduce BOD and produce a clear liquor able to be
utilised in irrigation. The exact quality can be manipulated to suit local requirements. Our systems again
utilise a polymer tank and simple mechanical processes to break down the sewerage and produce a useable
liquor. A system may be required to service ten people or 10,000 people. We design and construct many systems
for different demands. We are particularly conscious of the need for nitrogen and phosphorus removal,
especially in environmentally sensitive areas.
Tertiary and Quaternary treatment
Systems
Tertiary and Quaternary
Systems can produce an effluent of extremely high quality
suitable for spray irrigation and various forms of recycling. Our systems will service up to one million
persons while remaining relatively invisible.
Hydro Electric Power
Schemes
Small to medium size hydro electric power schemes are a safe and environmentally friendly way to supply much
needed electricity to people in remote villages and towns. With numerous options of turbines to choose from, and
the latest pipe technology available. It is now easier than ever to design and engineer the right hydro scheme for
villages and towns of all sizes.
