Timothy Ashton , IWP's International
Manager has spent many years in management, marketing, finance and sales.
Over recent years he has managed a number of large land development projects. He has extensive experience in cross
border trade. He brings a fresh approach to the management role and an emphasis on relationships as the key to
successful business. Timothy has in countries such as India, Africa, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines and China.
He has a strong personal knowledge of the Pacific.
David Hawke BSc MA CPAg, A Director of IWP is a registered consultant. He has held the role of General Manager of Thames Water UK Environmental
Division. He is recognised as a leader in marine and aquatic environmental protection, rural and community
development, and environmentally acceptable water and wastewater systems in developing nations. He has conducted
environmental engineering projects in many countries including the Antarctic, Africa, the Middle East, New Zealand,
America, Australia and the Pacific.
Isoa D Tikoca CM MSD JP Pacific Business Development
Manager. Isoa has a military engineering background. He led
many of Fiji’s international peace keeping operations in places as diverse as Africa and the Middle East. He was
Commissioner Western and Central, and has had a strong involvement in the development of legislation aimed at
sanitation in Fiji. He is IWP’s business builder in the Pacific, guiding IWP with protocol and finding new
business. Ratu has been involved with the HA Project from the beginning. His role is counsellor and advisor on
cultural affairs and protocols.
David Fearon, International Operations Manager. David has extensive experience managing field teams. He will oversee the installation, service, and
maintenance of the HA Project. After the projects are complete the service and maintenance become the most
important part of our operation. He has a team of trained international and local Fijian Staff, including a
pressure vessel specialist, and trained wastewater technicians. David has managed projects for large Municipalities
in Australia and many other clients.
