Dave Hodgson MFAA,
Director - David is the Founder and Managing Director of the Paladin Group and
is a Financial Engineer specialising in designing and managing boutique investment products for wholesale and
retail clients in Australia and around the world. He maintains accreditations with scores of financial
institutions in Australia and the USA, holds an Australian Credit Licence, and is a Full Member of the
Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia. In 2004 David assembled a suite of property development trusts
growing to over $50 million. By 2006 the Paladin Group consisted of 2 public companies and 21 private
companies and trusts with over $100 million of business acquisitions and property development. Having
developed the sophisticated investment products for which Paladin has become well known Dave brings many
years of corporate governance and financial engineering to IWP.
Noreo Beangke - Is the former Chairman of the
Bank of South Pacific. He led the bank to honor its commitment to shareholders by posting a record net
profit of K228.3 million - an increase of 19.47 per cent on the previous year's profit of K191.7 million. He has
since guided the bank to become the largest in the South Pacific with a market value of K1 Billion. Mr
Beangke advises IWP on a range of issues and is a key member of our Advisory Board.
Dr Litiana Kuridrani- PhD Scholar Confirmed
(International Health); MBA; PG Dip Social Policy Administration; PG Dip BA (Human Resources Management); PG Dip
Public Health; BA Management Public Admin/Sociology (double major);Cert; Community Health & Primary Health
Care; FRNOB
Litiana is one of the most experienced
community health experts in the Pacific with specialist skills in capacity building, institutional
strengthening, community involvement, and gender issues. She has been an advisor to many of the major NGO’s and
Community Based Organisations. She has done specialised training in Biodiversity Conservation Management, Green
Productivity and Medical Waste Management. Her major role is creating initiatives for international
relations, international health components of the projects and grants writing.
Inosi Kuridrani -
MBA, Diploma in Tropical Agriculture, Cert FM,Inosi has many years of management experience in both the private
sector and Civil Service with specialist skills in community based industries and small & medium enterprise
(SME’s) development. His role is to develop the business structures, conduct market research, and write
corporate & strategic and business plans needed to sustain our international business.
